Refunds and Returns


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with cellophane wrapper intact (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Report issues within 30 days of receipt.

If the product is damaged, defective, or wrongly fulfilled, we guarantee a full refund, no questions asked.

Return postage for these cases will be reimbursed.

Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Before returning, contact our Help Desk to request an authorization and the correct return address for your region.

Use a registered or trackable postal service and include your original packing slip to help us identify your order.

Once the returned item arrives in our warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll refund you through the same payment method originally used.

Fragrance Returns

Fragrances are classified as dangerous goods for postal services, which restricts general postal returns.

We are happy to accept fragrance returns — but you must arrange and cover the cost of the shipment.

Please double-check your fragrance orders carefully before purchasing.


How to Return an Item

Contact our Help Desk to request a return authorization and the proper return address for your location and product type.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and the packing slip.

Ship the package via registered or trackable mail.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

We’ll notify you by email once the refund has been issued.
